School-based programs can be tailored to meet the needs of your students/teachers.
Mindfulness training teaches children a specific way of paying attention. They will learn to focus on their breath, their bodies, their thoughts, their feelings and the world around them.
These skills will allow children to be more able to choose what to say and how to act. Choosing words and actions, instead of reacting automatically/impulsively can improve their lives.
