What you will get:
Almost daily (there will be one day/week when you will not receive any instructions): these could be and interactive print post or a post with video (live or prerecorded)
Monday evening lives at 8pm (it is recommended to join the live, but you can always watch later if you cannot attend live)
Thursday morning lives 6am
Saturday morning lives – longer meditations
Tuesday and Wednesday you will receive interactive posts in the am and the pm to check-in on how your practice was during the day. You can also ask questions anytime in these posts.
Sunday is a day off for independent meditation and mindfulness practice.
